arranged prior and written confirmation issued. This is very important as we
have a strict timetable to adhere to with regard to our change-over times and
cleaning. |

| A Bond of $200 may be charged to each booking.
This is fully refundable within 7 days of your departure, pending an
inspection and no damage/theft or breach of the Standard Terms and Conditions
has occurred. This is outlined in the standard Terms and Conditions on the
website. |
